Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in our handcrafted, natural products. Due to hygiene and freshness, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loveyourskin@skinpositive.co with photos, and we’ll make it right.
